Under the GS Group’s ethical guidelines, we have engaged in various activities to ensure ethical corporate practice since 1995.

  • Key Company Activities - Introducing the constant monitoring system - Conducting a Fair DNA campaign - Supporting ethical management activities of subsidiaries - Enacting ethical norms and integrity regulations (July '21) - Reflecting ethical management items in evaluation for all company position holders ('21~)

  • Group Activities - Organized a TFT for ethical practice (Apr. 2003). - Enhanced the monitoring process to ensure ethical, fair and transparent practice of sister companies.
  • Company Activities - Shifted the focus from uncovering corruption to taking preventive measures. - Established a website dedicated to ethical practice (Jul. 2003).

  • Group Activities - Implemented a system to reflect the results of evaluation. - Monitored compliance with the code of ethics.
  • Company Activities - Established and announced the detailed guidelines for the code of ethics after the 3-company merger in July, 2002. - All employees and officers pledged compliance with the code of ethics. - Continued ethical training for new employees.
1995 ~ 2001 Build Foundation for
Ethical Practice
  • Group Activities - Fair, honest, and ethical reports of 1993 - Established and announced the code of ethics and the system for fair practice in 1995.
  • Company Activities - Code of ethics compliance unit: Audit Team (1996) Distribution CU - Conducted ethical training and pledged to comply with the code of ethics in April 1996: Asst. Manager or higher ranks corporate-wide - Organized a report center for unfair practice and continued anti-corruption internal audits.
